Q: How do we know when our delivery is going to be?
A: You will receive a calendar in the mail with all 12 months and each month will have your highlighted delivery date.
Q: What if I need less bottles because our family is going on vacation?
A: Just leave a note on one of the empty bottles and the driver will make sure to fulfill your requests.
Q: How can I pay for my bill?
A: You can either pay by any major credit card, check, cash, money order or even stop by the office to drop off a payment.
Q: If I have a question, is there a customer service department?
A: We have a full time staff to help you with any need. Have a question, we will do our best to help you with any need.
Q: You have great services, how do I refer you to my family and friends?
A: Just call, fax or e-mail your friend or family member's information and we'll make sure to take care of them just like you!
